He Who Laughs is about community and partnerships. It is believed that we are the most successful when we engage the community and invite others to join us in our efforts of championing mental wellness.

He Who Laughs is made possible through the kind and generous fundraising or gift giving that takes place throughout the year from businesses and individuals like yourself. Funds that are gifted or raised, stay local to Union County and the surrounding areas. He Who Laughs operates under the supervision of the Union County Foundation, a 501(c) (3) charitable organization. Donor Fund Advisors for He Who Laughs is Jonathan and April McMillan, Isaac’s parents.

Jonathan and April McMillan meet regularly with individuals who volunteer their time to serve on the He Who Laughs committee.

These individuals help to ensure that funds are spent in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Union County Foundation, as well as, the He Who Laughs mission.
